Here I am, directly from Costa Rica where I live since 1992 to give you, not only a message of hope and love, but an invitation to go deep inside you to find your own Paradise on Earth. Yes, I do believe that paradise is on earth since I am a living example in spite of a personal story filled with depression episodes, red shyness excruciating moments, bullying experiences (I just learned this expression reading one of the post on your web site), emotional abuses, lack of self-confidence, etc.

Hey?!, we all have good and bad moments in our personal stories, but nobody can take from us the POWER that we have to deal with these experiences CHOOSING the WAY we will PERCEIVE them, we don't have to be a victim, or even to stay a victim. I personally chose to become a WARRIOR of LOVE, and I jumped in the unknown to learn how to fly by myself moving to Costa Rica. Not speaking any Spanish, or even English. Not bad for someone who have been told by one of her teacher in grade 10th that she was one of a kind that could not learn a foreign language! By the way, my next challenge will be to learn Mandarin as a fourth language. CHALLENGE, yes, challenging our-Self is a great way to TRANSFORM our being regardless of the part of our-Self that doesn't want to move on being depressed, or caught in the procrastination mode. Get up! RIGHT NOW! and take a piece of paper where you will draw 3 columns...STOP reading, if you didn't take yet this piece of paper...OK, now write down:

MY NEEDS ARE .... MY GOALS ARE ... MY FIRST STEP IS ....

After working on your list, take one item at a time and begin to work on the process which will bring you further than the last step taken. Easy, isn't it? ... The secret is to TAKE ACTION! go ahead and make your on dreams come true/through! It is possible, it might take time but I guarantee you that if you take the first step, and PRACTICE, PRACTICE and PRACTICE again, you will succeed it. And don't forget: To be mistaken or to make an "error" gives the opportunity to evaluate the action and to adopt a BETTER STRATEGY of development. You CAN do it!

Oops...I can hear from here some saying that it is easier said than done, or that because you didn't have enough love you are not a loving person. WRONG! The past is the past, you cannot change it, but you can certainly shape your future taking LOVING ACTION in the PRESENT moment. You want love? give LOVE! You want a joyful life? give JOY! And don't think about how you will do it...just DO IT and If you CARE enough, you will FIND the way What will be your choice? your next challenge? your next project? TAKE ACTION, NOW!!!
