Our help lines are free, anonymous, confidential and available every hour, every day. Walk-In Counselling, Suicide Bereavement and Caregiver Support are available if you wish to talk to someone in person. We offer excellent training and workshops in crisis intervention and suicide prevention. Online, you can access support for youth, community services information and general information about our organization.

Toll free in Southern Alberta (403 area code).  Thies suicide prevention line leaves no one wondering where to call in their time of need.  Anyone feeling hopeless and having thoughts of suicide, soneone worried for the safety of someone they know, or anyone who has lost a person they care about to suicide is welcom to call.

A mental health crisis could arise from any number of issues that negatively impact one’s life such as losing a job or other financial difficulties, death of loved one, mental health problems that are left untreated and so on. It is a time of great concern as the person experiencing a crisis no longer feels in control and may find that they simply cannot cope. The result could be mental disorders such as depression to thoughts of suicide.
